At every turn our property manager, Kristen Williams of MPM Property, was across the detail, providing options as well as advice. I was in a really difficult situation due to a tenant that went rogue. Kristen managed everything. She kept me informed of all the relevant detail, advised me on the recommended path, and she handled all the detail. The tenant was a nightmare, and Kristen got me through. There is no way I could have achieved such a successful outcome without her stellar support. True 5 stars.

My husband and I recently relocated with our respective organisations. Rental demand was high with many of our applications not being looked at due to us not being able to physically be at the inspection. I spoke with Ryhannon who was more than happy to complete a digital inspection with us. From this we secured our first rental in 10 years, previously home owners. Ryhannon made the transition very easy and was a pleasure to deal with.
