I have rented with a number of different real estates over the years and I have rented through MPM for 2 Years now and have found they have been the best company I have rented through and dealt with so far. From the start Jess was very happy to help me find a property. rather than telling me to look at the real estate websites like other companies do, she went above and beyond to find something that suited my needs. I find there is very minimal paper work i need to do or fill out as most of it is all online based, so there is no need to print out lease agreements, sign them and return to the office. its very user friendly as well. Jess is a very professional agent and would highly recommend MPM.
Being a first time investor based in Sydney, I was always skeptical of how my property in Gold Coast would be managed and MPM Property have been exceptional on this front.
