With a strong background in business development, sales and relationship management, William brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
Prior to joining MPM Property, William worked as a Business Development Manager for one of Wellington’s largest residential property management businesses, where he was part of the team that achieved the company’s first organic growth in 16 years. His role involved building new business across the Wellington region while working closely with Sales Agents to identify opportunities for homeowners, investors and developers.
William also brings more than a decade of experience in FMCG sales across the beverage, confectionery, commercial and industrial cleaning industries. This diverse background has developed his strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
William takes the time to understand each client’s “why”, listen to their story and provide clear, honest advice to help them make informed decisions. He believes in keeping clients informed, addressing concerns quickly and building trust through consistent communication and genuine care.
With a strong focus on understanding the market and staying informed, William works closely with the wider MPM Property team to ensure clients have access to the knowledge and expertise they need throughout their property journey.
Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his family and is a passionate supporter of the Bulldogs, Hurricanes, Toa Samoa and All Blacks.
