MPM have been great. From the initial viewing through to getting approved of the property and moving in. Any maintenance is reviewed almost instantly and rectified. Their mannerisms and professionalism is above and beyond.
Extremely helpful and considerate agents We've had nothing but positive experiences with MPM. They have always kept us up to date with the goings on in and around our investment properties; offer free market appraisals once a year; never waiver in their inspections and reporting; and have always been available via phone or email to answer any questions. They represent both the tenants and the landlords with great consideration in mind for each of our unique circumstances. We have 3 properties with MPM - hopefully soon to be more - and we plan to keep our growing portfolio under the one trusted MPM roof.
I have had a few things to fix at home, I emailed them and called someone to fix it straight away, but someone came in and did bad job, I reported again to MPM property, it could be annoyed for them, but reception lady was kind and friendly and property manager Kristen and Jaimee solved problem directly.
Contact throughout the whole applying process was maintained efficiently. The agents were pre organized and had everything ready to go upon collection of keys. All emails are attended to and responded to in a timely manner.

I’m based in NSW and have rental properties managed in Holmview, QLD by MPM. In summary, all I can say is that in the two years they have managed my properties for me, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From finding tenants to small repair jobs, MPM has managed all of this leaving me with absolutely no burden on my mind. They are easy to communicate with and prepare financial statements on a regular basis letting you know absolutely everything going on with your properties. I highly recommend them to anyone new or experienced in housing investments to allow MPM to manage your property as they do a fantastic job!

At every turn our property manager, Kristen Williams of MPM Property, was across the detail, providing options as well as advice. I was in a really difficult situation due to a tenant that went rogue. Kristen managed everything. She kept me informed of all the relevant detail, advised me on the recommended path, and she handled all the detail. The tenant was a nightmare, and Kristen got me through. There is no way I could have achieved such a successful outcome without her stellar support. True 5 stars.
