Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is MPM Property Sales & Management.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences at 9am on Friday, 6th March, 2026.
4. The competition ends at 5pm on Monday, 6th April, 2026.
5. The winner will be contacted via email and announced via @mpmproperty Instagram & MPM Property Facebook from Tuesday, 7th April, 2026.
6. Entry into the competition is taken to mean your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Entry is open to individuals of all ages.
8. To enter you must either deliver to our office at MPM Property – Pimpama City, upload a photo of your work below, or email to pimpamamanager@mpmproperty.com.au with your contact details (including artist’s name, artist’s age, parent’s name, parent’s email address, and phone number).
9. You may only enter the competition once for each colouring-in sheet.
10. There will be two prizes for the “MPM Property Easter Colouring Competition”.
1st Prize will be – $50 Event Cinemas Gift Card, $100 Coles Myer Gift card, $100 Bunnings Gift Card and a basket full of Easter goodies – Valued at over $250.
2nd Prize will be – $100 Event Cinemas Gift Card and a basket of Easter goodies – Valued at over $100.
To be collected from MPM Property – Pimpama City Shopping Centre from Tuesday, 7th April, 2026.
11. Entries will be judged on artistic merit by the team at MPM Property. The promoter’s decision will be final.
