If you are a winner, we will manage your investment property for 8 weeks without charging you any management fee during the first 8 week period.
The 8 weeks will commence on the start date of your appointment of MPM as your property agent or the commencement date of any tenancy agreement, whichever is the later.
At the end of the 8 week free management period, our standard management fee of 7.7% (inclusive of GST) will apply in accordance with the terms of the Appointment to Act.
In order to take advantage of this offer – you are required to enter into a Property Occupations Form 6 appointing MPM as your managing agent and for the agreement not to be terminated at any time during the 8 week free management period.
Please note that all other fees and costs as set out in the Property Management Agreement will be passed on to you and that it is only the Management Fee that is free.
