My experience with MPM property is really great. Our property manager Ryhannon help us a lot after the approval of our property, like pest control and other things. Another staff like receptionist she is also really helpful. Our property Manager is amazing.
Always kept informed about our tenants and any work that needs to be done on the property. Especially as we are starting to age and having health concerns, it's a relief and a good peace of mind that the professional staff at MPM are on top of any discrepancies or problems the tenants may have.

There are your everyday real estates and then there is MPM. If all real estates took the time to care and help, then looking and applying for properties would be easy. MPM explained the process and took the extra time to advise us what we were missing from our application instead of dismissing our application. Kristen is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. She is always on the ball and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have rented with MPM a few times now and they are by far the best real estate to deal with, everything is always easy.
Refreshing service and great communication 10/10. MPM Property was recommended to me on multiple occasions. I finally decided to make the move in late 2022 and I can honestly say I should have done it sooner! Amazing experience! MPM Property were quick to let us know we had been accepted for the property and were kept informed at which stage our application was the entire way. The home was immaculate when we moved in and our property manager has been awesome to deal with and continues to be!
