We really enjoyed our experience with MPM Property and Kylie in particular. We were landlords and Kylie made the renting experience so easy. Kylie made sure that any inspections were carried out very thoroughly, so that if there were any issues, we could get onto them right away. Kylie was also respectful of the tenants and their rights as well, which we really liked because it showed that Kylie was not just a good property manager but a lovely person as well. The tenants were well taken care of and were also wonderful! We have since sold the property but if we were to ever buy again in that area we would be going straight to Kylie.

MPM has very experienced personnel & everything they do is above and beyond. Best business partners I love the fact that everything I do involving tenancy and renting out through MPM is done with professionalism and I get updated on everything. All my concerns get addressed promptly and I've never felt like doing this without them. Of all the properties I've rented out the one MPM operates on my behalf is by far the best rental property on my list. The only thing stopping me from leasing the rest of the house through them is the fact that the other houses I own are in WA. Otherwise if all my properties where in the gold coast i would definitely lease them through MPM.

Switching Rental Management to MPM was the best thing we have done. Our previous rental management company always seemed behind in following up important matters and we didn't feel that our best interests were being looked after so we came across to MPM after being very impressed with the initial check in call from them after we purchased the house and then courtesy calls to see how we were going every few months when they weren't even our managers. Our Manager Kylie Tannahill from the outset put our mind at ease and rectified the ongoing issues missed by the former managers. We hear from her regularly, keeping us informed about any issues with maintenance, tenants and negotiating leases and seeks our opinion as well as offering her own professional advice. Our rental house is part of our long term retirement plan so its wonderful to have it managed with minimum stress or input from us on a day to day basis. Kylie does that for us. We couldn't be more happy with our choice to have moved over to be managed by Kylie. Thank you so much.

Organised, professional and supportive rental experience. This was the first property I have ever moved into that didn't need to be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. That was a welcome start. The entry condition report was thorough and quite accurate too which saved a lot of time. The fact they use an app to store all information has already been so useful.
As investors, we wanted a set and forget approach to property management. Kylie at MPM is very experienced and professional and provides a great landlord experience. She knows the market intimately and is very fussy about getting us the right tenants. She also looks after the property like it was her own. We're happy knowing that our investment is protected and well managed.

I would like to commend MPM Property and especially Kylie Tannahill for the way you dealt with a bad situation I had found myself in. I unfortunately had a tenant that mistreated my property but within weeks Kylie had organised the insurance claim, had all the trades people in place, all the work carried out and my property re leased. This is a true test of a great property manager and I feel blessed to have Kylie as mine.

Absolutely amazing experience with MPM Property Pimpama ! My partner and me have relocated from NSW to Pimpama during the Covid Lockdown.
