A leaked report has outlined one of the banking ‘majors’ secret presentation to it’s broker network outlining plans to further tighten loans to new housing developments.
The flow on from this could potentially mean more stringent lending criteria, substantial delays in the finance approval process and potentially a greater undersupply of homes.
